1. About E&E Conventional

E&E Conventional (“E&E”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an independently operated online retail business based in Uganda.

We specialise in health supplements, personal care, skincare and beauty products, together with experienced guidance on product selection and use.

 

2. Products & Product Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability displayed on our website are accurate.

Product packaging, ingredients, formulations or appearance may occasionally change due to manufacturer updates. Customers should always read the product label, ingredients, warnings and manufacturer's instructions before use.

 

All products are subject to availability.

 

3. Product Guidance

E&E provides experienced guidance to help customers understand, select and use the supplements, personal care and beauty products we sell.

 

Our product guidance does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, prescribing or a medical consultation.

 

Customers with medical conditions, allergies, who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or who are taking medication should seek appropriate professional healthcare advice where necessary before using relevant products.

 

Individual experiences and results may vary.

 

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, delivery cannot reasonably be completed, or there is an obvious pricing or website error. Where payment has already been received for an order that we cannot fulfil, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

 

Prices are displayed in Uganda Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Promotions & Special Pricing

Promotions, discounts and special pricing may be subject to specific products, minimum order values, availability and promotional periods.

 

Where E&E advertises special pricing on orders above UGX 500,000, the applicable offer will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Not every product or order will necessarily receive the same discount.

 

6. Delivery

E&E provides nationwide delivery within Uganda, subject to delivery availability in the customer's location. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, order size and delivery method.

 

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address/location and a working telephone number.

 

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided incorrect information or was unavailable to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

 

“Order Online 24/7” means orders can be placed through our website at any time. It does not mean that customer service, order processing or delivery operates 24 hours a day.

 

7. Product Use

Customers are responsible for reading and following product labels, manufacturer instructions and relevant warnings.

 

E&E cannot guarantee that every supplement, skincare, beauty or personal-care product will be suitable for every individual.

 

Products should only be used for their intended purpose.

 

8. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur in product information, pricing or stock availability.

 

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors when identified.
